Mixed Berry Salad

Ingredients

2 bananas
a squeeze of lemon juice
4 cups spring mix greens
1 cup blackberries or raspberries (save 4 for top)
4 large strawberries, cut
2/3 cup blueberries
1/3 cup poppyseed dressing
4 dollops vanilla yogurt (or sour cream or mayonnaise)

Directions:

Slice bananas into flat bowl and sprinkle with lemon (or pineapple) juice. On 4 salad plates, divide greens and arrange fruit around. Drizzle with poppyseed dressing and dollop yogurt or sour cream or mayonnaise in center. Garnish with a whole berry on top.
