Sea & Cuke Croissants

Ingredients

8 ounces fresh cooked shrimp, chopped
3/4 cup diced crabmeat (may use imitation)
1 cup chopped seeded cucumber
1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
4 croissants, split
4 leaves Boston lettuce

Directions:

Mix shrimp, crabmeat, cucumber, and dressing. Line bottom halves of croissants with lettuce; add seafood mixture; cover with top halves.

Editor's Extra:
Use mini croissants for elegant finger sandwiches.
