Biscuit Sandwiches

Ingredients

3 tablespoons butter, softened
5 grand biscuits, baked, split
3 tablespoons cranberry relish
5 slices ham, chicken, or turkey, cut to fit biscuits

Directions:

Butter biscuit halves and place on baking pan, buttered side up. Broil till just browned. Spread relish on 5 biscuit halves, meat on top, then cover with remaining 5 biscuit halves.
