Open-Face Crab English Muffins

Ingredients

1 pound lump crabmeat
1 cup mayonnaise
3 green onions, chopped
1/3 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
2 tomatoes, sliced
6 English muffins, toasted, buttered
12 slices mozzarella

Directions:

Combine crabmeat, mayonnaise, onions, lettuce, salt, and lemon juice together. Place tomato slices on each muffin half on a baking pan; add salad, then top with slices of mozzarella. Bake at 350° for 10–15 minutes till cheese is lightly browned.
