Really Nice Rice Salad

Ingredients

3 cups cooked brown rice
3/4 cup frozen peas, thawed
1 (4-ounce) can sliced ripe olives
4 green onions, sliced
10 cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/4 cup snipped fresh basil
1/3 cup toasted pine nuts
1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Greek seasoning

Directions:

In large bowl, combine rice, peas, olives, onions, tomatoes, basil, and nuts. Add oil, vinegar, and seasoning; toss.

Editor's Extra:
Any rice will do for this salad, as well as bulgur wheat or acini di pepe pasta.
