Sausage Skillet Supper

Ingredients

3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 (24-ounce) bag frozen diced potato with onions and peppers
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano or basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups broccoli flowerets
1 ring (about 3/4 pound) bologna or smoked sausage
3 slices process American cheese, cut diagonally in half

Directions:

1. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add potatoes, oregano and pepper. Cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are light brown.
2. Stir in broccoli add bologna. Cover and cook about 10 minutes or until bologna is hot. Top with cheese. Cover until cheese is melted.
