Meat and Potato Skillet

Ingredients

1 pound beef boneless sirloin
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon garlic pepper
1 bag (1 pound) frozen potato, carrots, celery and onions
1 (12-ounce) jar beef gravy

Directions:

1. Cut beef into thin strips (beef is easier to cut if partially frozen, about 1 1/2 hours). Heat oil and garlic pepper in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook beef in oil about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown.
2. Stir in frozen vegetables and gravy reduce heat to medium. Cover and simmer 7 to 9 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.
