Kid-Pleasin' Chili

Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef
2 (15-ounce) cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained
2 (10 3/4-ounce) cans condensed tomato soup
2 soup cans water
2 tablespoons instant dried minced onion
4 to 6 teaspoons chili powder
Shredded Cheddar cheese or tiny fish shaped crakers, if desired

Directions:

1. Cook beef in 4-quart Dutch oven over medium heat about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown drain.
2. Stir remaining ingredients except cheese into beef. Heat to boiling, reduce heat. Cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with cheese.
