Ingredients

Margarita Berry Slaw:
1 1/2 pounds green cabbage, shredded
1/2 pound red cabbage, shredded
3 carrots, shredded
1 cup dried cranberries
2 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, cut into small cubes

Margarita Dressing:
3/4 cup frozen margarita mix, thawed
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 teaspoon celery salt

Directions:

Margarita Berry Slaw:
Toss together cabbages, carrots, cranberries, and apple cubes in a large mixing bowl. Pour Margarita Dressing over cabbage mixture and toss well. Cover and refrigerate a minimum of 6 hours or overnight.
