Pineapple Shake

Ingredients

1/2 cup milk, skim
1/2 cup pineapple chunk, unsweetened, canned, and small amount of juice (approx 10 pieces)
1 packet artificial sweetener (Equal)
1 teaspoon pineapple flavoring
1 teaspoon liquid coconut flavor

Directions:

A child any age can help you make this shake. Toddlers can count out the pineapple pieces and help measure the flavoring. Older children can whip it up themselves.

Blend all ingredients in blender of food processor. Blend until smooth.

Food exchanges per serving: 1 FRUIT, ½ MILK
