Stuffed Zucchini On The Grill

Ingredients

8 zucchini 8-inch, cut in half lengthwise
1 tablespoon butter real, melted
Garlic salt to taste
2 pounds ground beef extra-lean
2 cups brown rice cooked
2 eggs
1 onion large, minced
1/2 cup chili sauce tomato-based
3 cloves garlic minced
2 teaspoons basil dried, crushed
2 teaspoons oregano dried, crushed
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
1 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Directions:

Scoop out zucchini halves, leaving 1/2 -inch outer shell. Brush insides of halves with melted butter and sprinkle lightly with garlic salt set aside. Combine ground beef, brown rice, eggs, onion, chili sauce, garlic, basil, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Fill zucchini halves with meat mixture place on grill and sprinkle evenly with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Lower hood cook 30 to 45 minutes or until desired doneness. Five minutes before serving sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
