Preheat oven to 350°.
In a medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise. Cheddar cheese, mushrooms. Parmesan cheese and dry salad dressing mix. Spoon into a 9 x 2-inch round baking dish or a shallow 1 1/2 -quart baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake for 35 minutes or until very bubbly around the edges. Serve as a dip with vegetables or as a spread on bread or crackers.
