Baked Brie With Almonds

Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) wedge brie cheese top-quality, at room temperature
1 tablespoon preserves such as apricot, pineapple or strawberry
1/4 cup almonds lightly toasted sliced
1 strawberries
Lavosh crackers. Melba toast or thinly sliced

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°.

Thinly slice top rind off Brie. Place Brie in a shallow baking dish. Spread top with preserves. Sprinkle with almonds.

Bake for 1 1/2 minutes or until softened and just beginning to melt (do not overbake).

Serve immediately. Garnish with a strawberry and serve as a spread with crackers. Melba toast or French bread.

To Microwave: Microwave heating is not recommended.
