Chunky Tuna-Bacon Spread

3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
1/16 teaspoon salt (optional)
dash black pepper
1 drop hot pepper sauce
1 (6 1/2-ounce) can tuna drained and flaked
8 slices bacon fried crisp and crumbled
1/4 cup celery minced
1 tablespoon onion minced
Sliced pimiento-stuffed olives
Pita bread triangles or buttery round crackers


In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce. Stir in tuna, bacon, celery and onion until blended. Transfer to a serving dish. Serve or cover and chill up to 4 hours.

Garnish with olives and serve with pita bread or crackers.
