Cajun Seafood Dip

3/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon marjoram dried, crushed
1/16 teaspoon thyme dried, crushed
1/16 teaspoon sage dried, crushed
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons green onions sliced, including some green
Imitation crab legs or cooked peeled shrimp, chilled


In a small bowl, combine paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, marjoram, thyme and sage set aside.

In a medium bowl, stir sour cream, mayonnaise and green onions until blended. Stir in spice mixture until blended. Let stand for 30 minutes to develop flavor.

Serve with crab legs, cut into bite-size pieces, or shrimp. Also good served with cauliflowerettes or raw mushrooms.
