In a small bowl, combine paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, marjoram, thyme and sage set aside.
In a medium bowl, stir sour cream, mayonnaise and green onions until blended. Stir in spice mixture until blended. Let stand for 30 minutes to develop flavor.
Serve with crab legs, cut into bite-size pieces, or shrimp. Also good served with cauliflowerettes or raw mushrooms.
