Race Track Slaw

Ingredients

1 (5-ounce) package sliced almonds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
2 (3-ounce) packages ramen noodles
1 (16-ounce) package slaw mix
1 bunch green onion, chopped
1 cup vegetable oil
6 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon MSG (optional)

Directions:

Toast almonds and sesame seeds on a baking sheet in 350° oven 5 minutes or just until brown. Discard ramen noodles seasoning packets. Combine slaw mix, green onions, uncooked ramen noodles, almonds, and sesame seeds in a large bowl and mix well.

Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and MSG in a small bowl and mix well. Pour over slaw mixture just before serving, tossing to mix.
