2002 Salt Lake City Olympic Chicken

Ingredients

8 chicken breasts (about 6-oz) one for each person
2 teaspoons Volcano seasoned salt
2 teaspoons granulated garlic
pepper to taste
1 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup onion, diced
1 cup water

Directions:

Salt, pepper, and garlic each chicken breast. Set aside. In a warmed 10”Dutch oven, place the chicken into the oven with a little celery and onions in between each of the breasts. Add water and cover. Cook 35 to 45 minutes at 350°F until you can smell the dish.

This dish can easily be increased for additional people. Just increase the quantity of ingredients and time allowed to cook.
