BBQ Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

3 (8-ounce) packages Italian bread shells or 6 pita bread (6 inch diameter)
3/4 cup barbecue sauce
1 1/2 cups cut up cooked chicken
3/4 cup shredded smoked or regular Cheddar cheese (3 ounces)
6 tablespoons chopped red onions

Directions:

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Place bread shells on ungreased large cookie sheet. Spread barbecue sauce on bread shells to within ΒΌ inch of edges. Top with chicken and cheese. Sprinkle with onion. Bake 7 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
