Place 2 packs crackers in gallon jug (you don’t have to keep them stacked). Pour half a pack of ranch dressing and 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes over crackers in jug. Place other 2 packs crackers in jug, and pour remaining ranch dressing, red pepper flakes, and seasoned salt over crackers. Pour canola oil over crackers and put lid on jug. Lay jug on side and roll gently a few times; repeat every 15 minutes for a few hours. Roll jug to coat crackers and let them absorb flavors and oils. When absorbed, store crackers in zipper bag or plastic container.
