|2 tablespoons||chopped fresh parsley leaves|
|1/2 teaspoon||smoked paprika|
|1/2 cup||unsalted butter, at room temperature|
|1/4 cup||chopped fresh parsley leaves|
|For the Garlic Herb Butter|
|3 cloves||butter, minced|
|zest of 1 lemon|
|1 teaspoon||dried thyme|
|1 teaspoon||dried rosemary|
|1 teaspoon||dried basil|
|1/2 teaspoon||kosher salt|
|1/4 teaspoon||ground black pepper|
|pinch of cayenne pepper|
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, combine butter, parsley, garlic, lemon zest, thyme, rosemary, basil, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper, set aside.
Place corn husks directly on the oven rack and roast until corn is soft, about 35-40 minutes.
Peel down husks and spread with butter mixture.
Serve immediately, garnished with parsley and paprika, if desired.
