When preparing for Watermelon-Prosciutto Salad, buy a large watermelon and cube and freeze 1/2 of the watermelon for Watermelon Sorbet on Day 3.

Prepare chopped celery for the week. 1/4 cup (1/2 stalk) on Day 1, 3 stalks on Day 3, 1 stalk on Day 5.

When preparing mashed potatoes, make extra. When potatoes are cooked and mashed, and before adding butter and remaining ingredients, take out 2 cups and save for Day 4 Potato Cakes.

When making Carrot Cake, shred an extra carrot and save for Day 5, Cream Cheese ‘n Herb Cucumber Bites.
