Buttered Noodles

Serves 6

Ingredients:

1 1-pound package egg noodles
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon parsley minced fresh

Prepare noodles according to package directions adding 1 tablespoon vegetable oil to the boiling water. Drain the cooked noodles well, add butter or margarine, shaking pan so all noodles will be covered. Sprinkle with parsley just before serving. Note: If noodles must be cooked ahead, after cooking and draining, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Just before serving, plunge noodles into boiling water for a few seconds to heat and loosen strands. After draining, add butter or margarine and parsley.
