Creamy and a perfect summertime treat.Yield: Serves 4-6
|2 cups||pureed watermelons|
|1 1/2 cups||heavy cream|
|3/4 cup||granulated sugar|
|1 pinch||sea salt|
|1/2 cup||mini chocolate chips|
In a large bowl, combine chilled pure watermelon juice with sugar and salt, stirring to dissolve sugar. Stir in heavy cream. Churn according to manufacturer's directions. In the last 10 minutes of churning, slowly add mini chocolate chips.
Transfer mixture to a freezer safe container. Freeze until solid.
