2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
1 (1-ounce) package ranch salad dressing mix
2 green onions minced
4 flour tortillas
1/2 cup red bell pepper diced
1/2 cup celery diced
1 (2-ounce) can chopped black olives
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese shredded

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and green onions. Spread this mixture on each tortilla. Sprinkle the red pepper, celery, olives, and cheddar cheese on top of the mixture. Roll the tortillas and cover them tightly with aluminum foil. Store the rolled tortillas in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, (overnight is fine too). After they are chilled, take them out of the aluminum foil and cut off the uneven ends. Slice each roll into 1-inch slices. Serve on a party platter.
