_ (6-ounce) bag semisweet chocolate chips ( 1 cup)
_ tablespoons margarine or butter
_ cups Original Bisquick®
_ cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
_ eggs
_ cup miniature marshmallows
___ cup chopped peanuts
1. Heat oven to 350°. Grease bottom only of rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Heat 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips and the margarine in heavy 1-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently, until melted.
2. Stir Bisquick, sugar, vanilla, eggs and chocolate mixture until blended; spread in pan. Bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows, peanuts and remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
3. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until marshmallows are light brown. Cool completely, about 1 hour. For bars, cut into 8 rows by 4 rows.
HIGH ALTITUDE (3500 to 6500 feet): Use 3/4 cup sugar.

BETTY'S TIP: Earn extra brownie points with the little ones in your family with these bumpy bars of marshmallows, nuts and chocolate. If you're not too nutty about nuts, leave them out and add 1/4 cup white baking chips.
