Serves: 32 Print this Recipe1 (6-ounce) bag semisweet chocolate chips ( 1 cup) 2 tablespoons margarine or butter 2 cups Original Bisquick® 1 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 eggs 1 cup miniature marshmallows 1/4 cup chopped peanuts 1. Heat oven to 350°. Grease bottom only of rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Heat 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips and the margarine in heavy 1-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently, until melted. 2. Stir Bisquick, sugar, vanilla, eggs and chocolate mixture until blended; spread in pan. Bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows, peanuts and remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips. 3. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until marshmallows are light brown. Cool completely, about 1 hour. For bars, cut into 8 rows by 4 rows. HIGH ALTITUDE (3500 to 6500 feet): Use 3/4 cup sugar.
