1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 can refried beans
2 green onions,chopped
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups finely sliced lettuce
1 tomato, chopped

Crumble ground beef in large skillet. Cook on high heat until browned. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper. Drain off excess fat. Heat refried beans. Spread beans over tostada shells. Spoon ground beef over beans. Sprinkle with chopped green onions, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. Top with salsa
