 Baked Potato Wedges

 2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil
 6 baking potatoes, medium
 Paprika
 Garlic powder
 Grated parmesan cheese, optional
 Salt or salt substitute
 Pepper
 
 
 Preheat oven to 425-degrees F. Pour oil into a large bowl.  Scrub potatoes.  Cut lengthwise into quarters.  Blot cut edges with paper towel.  Place in bowl, cover and shake to coat (or stir to coat).  Sprinkle with seasonings according to taste and shake or stir to coat.  Spread onto a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes or until fork tender.
