Pan-Fried Loin Lamb Chops

3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon minced garlic
12 ounces loin lamb chops


1. Combine the olive oil, rosemary, and garlic in a small bowl.
2. Heat a large frying pan over medium?high heat. Add the chops and cook 1 to 2 minutes on each side until browned.
3. Add the olive oil mixture to the pan and continue to cook the chops another 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
4. Remove from the heat, let the chops rest 2 minutes, then serve.
