Mediterranean-Style Pork Chops

Ingredients

1 small onion chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 pork loin chops 1 1/2 inches thick
1 cup diced tomato
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon dried oregano
4 ounces feta cheese

Directions:

1. Chop the onion.
2. Heat the oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Add the pork, onions, tomatoes, garlic, and oregano. Cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
3. Turn the chops over and stir the other ingredients. Cover and continue to cook another 3 to 4 minutes.
4. Place the chops on individual dinner plates. Cover each with half the tomato-onion mixture, then sprinkle with feta cheese.
