4 or 5 large strawberries tope removed
1 large banana
1 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 cup crushed

1. Remove the tops of the strawberries with your fingers. (You can also use a knife, but you will run the risk of cutting away some of the berry.)
2. Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the ice is well crushed (you won’t hear it clicking against the glass).
3. Pour into a large glass and enjoy as is or garnished with fresh fruit.
