Renaissance Salad

Ingredients

6 cups Romaine lettuce chopped
1/4 cup fresh corn kernals (or canned corn, well drained)
4 black or kalamata olives
4 green olives
3 hearts of palm cut into 1/4 inch rounds
1 medium endive leaves separated and left whole
1 ripe tomato cut into wedges
1 avocado cut into wedges
to taste

Directions:

Put lettuce in a large salad bowl. Put corn, olives, and hearts of palm in center. Around the edges, intersperse endive leaves with tomato wedges and avocado wedges. Drizzle everything with Creamy Avocado Dressing.
