Pumpkin Seed Butter Honey Balls

Ingredients

1/4 cup pumpkin seed butter (or sunflower seed butter)
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup "Better Than Milk" rice powder
1/2 cup crushed oat cereal (unsweetened)
1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut

Directions:

Cream pumpkin seed butter and honey, then add “Better Than Milk” powder, and crushed Oat O’s cereal in a large bowl. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in coconut. Chill.
