Creamy Cheese Soup


Serves: 6

Ingredients

4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
2 cups hot water
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese

Directions:

Melt butter in large saucepan. Stir in flour. Gradually stir in milk with whisk. Dissolve bouillon in hot water. Add to milk mixture. Heat and stir until thickened. Add soup and cheese and stir until cheese is melted.
