Bean Dip


Serves: 6

Ingredients

1 (16-ounce) can refried beans
1/2 cup salsa
1 large avocado, mashed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tomato, chopped
1 cup sliced olives
3 green onions, , chopped
tortilla chips
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:

Stir together refried beans and salsa. Spread in 9 x 9-inch dish. Add lemon juice to mashed avocado and spread over bean mixture. Spread sour cream over avocado. Sprinkle cheese over all and top with tomatoes, olives and green onions. Serve with tortilla chips.
