California Mandarin Orange Chicken Salad

Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 teaspoons crystallized ginger
3 cups diced cooked chicken breasts
1 cup mandarin orange slices
1/4 cup whole cranberry sauce
1/4 cup diced scallion
1/2 cup crisp chow mein noodles
1 to 1 3/4 pound Bread Bowl

Directions:

1. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, honey, and ginger. Add the chicken, oranges, cranberry sauce, and scallions, and stir until evenly coated. Cover and chill.

2. Spoon half the salad into the bread bowl, and top with half the chow mein noodles. Repeat the layers. Serve.
