Tequila Tornado

Ingredients

2 tablespoons tequila
2 tablespoons pineapple juice
1 tablespoon grenadine syrup
2 cups diced fresh pineapples (1 pineapple)
2 cups pineapple lowfat frozen yogurt

Directions:

Place the tequila, juice, grenadine, and pineapple in a blender, and mix on low speed until the mixture is blended. Add the yogurt and continue to mix, gradually increasing the speed, until the mixture is smooth. Pour into champagne flutes and garnish each with a Pineapple, Orange, and Cherry Blossom (see Garnishes with a Flourish), if desired.
