Cherries Jubilee

Ingredients

3/4 cup white grape juice
1 tablespoon honey
2 cups stemmed and seeded Bing sweet cherries
2 cups vanilla fat-free frozen yogurt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

Place the juice, honey, cherries, yogurt, and vanilla in a blender, and mix on low speed until the mixture is blended. Continue mixing, gradually increasing the speed, until the mixture is smooth. Pour into cocktail glasses and garnish each by inserting a Pirouette cookie (see Garnishes with a Flourish) upright in the smoothie, if desired.
