Bedazzling Raspberry Smoothie


Serves: 2

Ingredients

3/4 cup lowfat milk
1 tablespoon Chambord, or other raspberry liqueur
2 cups raspberries
2 tablespoons raspberry preserves
1 1/2 cups vanilla fat-free frozen yogurt

Directions:

Place the milk, raspberry liqueur, raspberries, and raspberry preserves in a blender, and mix on low speed until the raspberries are pureed. Add the yogurt and continue
to mix, gradually increasing the speed, until the mixture is smooth. Pour into champagne flutes and garnish each by inserting a Pirouette cookie (see Garnishes with a Flourish) upright in the smoothie, if desired.
