Ingredients

6 tablespoons lowfat milk
1 tablespoon honey
1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups sliced bananas (3 large bananas)
1 cup vanilla lowfat frozen yogurt
1 cup chocolate lowfat frozen yogurt

Directions:

Place the milk, honey, vanilla, banana, and vanilla yogurt in a blender, and mix on low speed until the mixture is blended. Continue mixing, gradually increasing the speed, until the mixture is smooth. Place the chocolate yogurt (or syrup) in a medium mixing bowl, and beat with a handheld electric beater until smooth.

Pour half of the smoothie into cocktail glasses, then spoon the chocolate yogurt over each. Pour the remaining smoothie over the chocolate yogurt. Garnish each by
inserting a Chocolate-Dipped Tortilla Triangle (see Garnishes with a Flourish) upright in the smoothie, if desired.

*Chocolate syrup can be substituted for the chocolate yogurt. Follow the same steps, but spoon a tablespoon or more of the chocolate syrup between the layers of the smoothie. The smoothie can also be poured into a glass with chocolate syrup swirled over the top.
