Pirate's Parrot Juice

Serves: 2
Total Calories: 15

Ingredients

2 cups fresh pears juice (or 1 cup chopped pears, peeling optional, plus 1 cup apple juice)
1 cup fresh carrot juice
1 cup ice

Directions:

Blend the ingredients well and serve with a sprig of mint.

VARIATIONS
Apple or most any other juice may be substituted for the pear, but the combination of pear and carrot is surprisingly delicious. I’ve also made this with good results using pineapple juice.
Add dairy or dairy-free yogurt or buttermilk.
