Ingredients

1 large avocado peeled and seeded
2 frozen bananas
1 kiwi fruit peeled
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup apple juice or kefir (liquid yogurt)
2 tablespoons honey or brown rice syrup
juice of 1 lime (optional)
1/2 cup ice (optional)

Directions:

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Serve in a tall glass and enjoy!
