Carob Mint Spirulina Smoothie

Ingredients

2 cups dairy or dairy free milk or yogurt
1 cup ice or frozen apple juice concentrate
2 tablespoons carob powder
fresh mint leaves
2 tablespoons carob mint flavored spirulina
1 tablespoon honey or dehydrated sugar cane juice granules

Directions:

Place all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve and enjoy!

VARIATIONS
Substitute ice cream or frozen yogurt for the milk.
Substitute cocoa powder for the carob powder.
For a mocha flavor, add 1 tablespoon instant coffee or grain beverage.
