Aprict Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup fresh apricot pitted, peeling optional, or 1/2 c dried apricots soaked in 1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup frozen apple juice concentrate
2 frozen bananas
2 teaspoons fresh ginger juice

Directions:

Blend all the ingredients together well and serve. Enjoy!

*NOTE: To make ginger juice, simply grate fresh unpeeled ginger root on a small hand grater. Place the grated pulp in your hand and squeeze. You’ll be amazed how much juice you can get this way, without the peel or the pulp!
