Ham and Potatoes

Ingredients

1 (32-ounce) package frozen hash brown potato
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of chicken soup condensed
1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups cooked ham chopped
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese divided

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except one cup cheddar cheese in greased 3 1/2 to 5-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat 5-6 hours. Thirty minutes before serving, sprinkle reserved cheddar cheese over the top. Makes 4~6 servings.

Serve with cold green beans and red pepper with vinaigrette dressing.
