Tropical Delight

Ingredients

1 (18 1/4-ounce) box white cake mix
1 (3-ounce) package orange-pineapple Jell-O
4 eggs
3 teaspoons flour
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup juice from fruit
1 (11-ounce) can mandarin orange
1/2 cup crushed pineapple
1/2 cup flaked coconut

Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
rind from 1 orange, grated

Directions:

Mix for 4 minutes the cake mix, Jell-O, eggs, flour, oil, and 1/2 cup juice. Cut the oranges in halves or thirds. Stir in the oranges, pineapple, and coconut. Bake in a greased 9x13-inch pan for 45–50 minutes at 350°. Mix Glaze ingredients. With a meat fork, punch cake all over and pour the Glaze over the hot cake.
