Kentucky Wildcat Cake

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
2 eggs, beaten

Icing:
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 (1-pound) box powdered sugar
1 cup flaked coconut
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:

Heat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients. Pour into greased 9x13x2-inch pan. Bake 35 minutes. Top with Icing.

Icing:
Cream cheese and butter together until fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar. Ice cake; sprinkle coconut and walnuts on top.
