Ingredients

Cake:
4 eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 pound butter, softened
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
2 cups chopped pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons cocoa

Icing:
1 (1-pound) bag miniature marshmallow
4 teaspoons cocoa
1/2 pound butter, melted
1 (1-pound) box powdered sugar
8 teaspoons whipping cream

Directions:

Cake:
Preheat oven to 325°. Mix together eggs, sugar, butter, flour, pecans, vanilla, and cocoa. Pour into ungreased 9x13-inch baking pan and bake 45 minutes.

Icing:
Place marshmallows on top of cake layer as soon as it comes out of the oven. Place back into oven until marshmallows are melted. Mix cocoa, butter, powdered sugar, and whipping cream together; blend until of spreading consistency. Pour this mixture evenly over marshmallows. Let sit at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.


Fun Fact: During any police lineup, the suspects wear numbers two through nine, because it is considered too suggestive (of guilt) to make anyone display the number one!
