avocado-lime dressing


Serves: 4
Yield: 1 cup

Ingredients

1/2 cup mashed avocado (1 avocado)
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon minced fresh dill, basil, or mint
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:

chef’s knife, 8-inch
small bowl
fork
measuring cups
measuring spoons
citrus juicer or reamer
blender
rubber spatula

Put all the ingredients in a blender and process on medium speed until smooth. Stored in a sealed jar in the refrigerator, Avocado-Lime Dressing will keep for 2 days.
