Ingredients

1 cup water
2 apples, unpeeled and chopped
1 banana
2 cups chopped spinach or swiss chard, packed
1 cup chopped kale or collard greens, packed

Directions:

blender
rubber spatula

Put all the ingredients in a blender and process on high speed until smooth. Stored in a sealed jar in the refrigerator, Apple-Banana Green Smoothie will keep for 24 hours.
