Camembert Souffle

5 egg yolk
7 egg whites
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
1 small clove garlic, minced
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
dash pepper
1 cup milk
5 ounces camembert , cheese, rind removed and cut up
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1. Allow egg yolks and egg whites to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan cook celery, green onion, and garlic in butter or margarine about 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in flour, mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir in milk all at once. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Reduce heat
